Connect WoNotify and start sending

Open WoNotify in your WordPress admin menu.
Click Login to connect via WoNotify SSO.
Go to Sender Settings and choose a WhatsApp instance.
Enable Automated Notifications and edit templates.
Send a test order update to verify delivery.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and fixes

Messages not sending: confirm your instance is connected in WoNotify.
No notifications: make sure the templates are enabled.
Access denied: check your plan limits in WoNotify.
Webhook errors: re-save Sender Settings to refresh.
