3. WhatsApp API Compliance

• Accounts can be suspended by WhatsApp

• Wonotify is not responsible for Meta bans due to misuse

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for account security

• Do not share login credentials

• Notify us of unauthorized access immediately

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees are billed in advance

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated

• Pricing may change with prior notice

• Free trials may have limitations

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms

• You violate WhatsApp/Meta policies

• You misuse the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding belong to Wonotify.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wonotify is not liable for:

• WhatsApp account bans

• Business losses

• Data loss caused by third parties

• Downtime due to external services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wonotify against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform

• Violation of laws or policies

• Content you send through WhatsApp

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan,Usa.
